Joseph Tallman - Owner/Founder/CEO

Joseph Tallman is the Founder and CEO of Tactical Trucking Solutions. With a background in military service and a deep understanding of the transportation industry, Joseph built the company from the ground up to provide reliable, no-excuse freight solutions for agriculture, construction, and heavy equipment sectors. His hands-on leadership and commitment to discipline and integrity have positioned Tactical Trucking as a trusted partner for local businesses across the Central Valley.

Levi McMahon - Director Of Human Resources

Levi McMahon manages Human Resources Team at Tactical Trucking Solutions, where he handles recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations with a focus on supporting drivers and staff in a high-demand, fast-paced logistics environment. Known for his approachable leadership style and attention to compliance, Levi plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while maintaining the company’s veteran-driven values.

Silvestre Reyes - Fleet Supervisor

I’ve been part of the TTS team for over three years, and it’s been a great experience working in a family-oriented environment where teamwork and reliability matter. As a father of three daughters and a son, I value strong communication and accountability — both on and off the job. In my free time, I enjoy off-roading with my family and making the most of the outdoors.
